PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which has good spreading properties when applying, has a suppressed an uneven spreading and powdery appearance after an application, gives a glossy finish without dryness, and does not give a tight feeling even if 3 hours pass.SOLUTION: The invention provides an oily cosmetic which contains (A) 0.1-10 mass% of organopolysiloxane bound with poly (N-acyl alkylene imine) segment consisting of repeating units represented by the following general formula (1) (Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group with carbon numbers 1-3, t represents 2 or 3), (B) 10-60 mass% of nonvolatility silicone, (C) 30-70 mass% of powders, (D) 0.1-20 mass% of a solid wax which has a penetration of 20 or less at 25°C and, wherein the mass ratio (A)/(D) of component (A) and (D) is 0.05-5, and the content of component (E) water is 1 mass% or less.
