PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a production method of a wax model denture having compatibility and beauty desired by the person.SOLUTION: An impression mold is formed by collecting the impression including at least a tooth row directly from inside of the oral cavity of a person to be collected or an existing tooth row model or an artificial denture a molten dental wax is poured into the depressed portion of the impression a temporal bed is made by transferring the shape of the depressed portion of the impression to the contact face with the impression mold the temporal bed is removed from the impression mold while the temporal bed is in a soft condition, and the temporal bed is completely solidified while mounting the temporal bed in the oral cavity of the person to be collected after mounting the temporal bed in the oral cavity of the person to be collected and fitting the same. A silicon mold is preferably used as the impression mold. The beauty can be enhanced by combinedly using a wax with a tooth crown color and a wax with a gum color by using the wax with the tooth crown color or using a vertical halving type mold of a tooth row side and a gum side as the impression mold.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】手軽に、本人が希望する適合性や審美性を有した蝋義歯の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】被採取者の口腔内から直接または既存の歯列模型あるいは義歯から少なくとも歯列を含む印象を採取して印象型を作製し、その印象凹部に溶融した歯科用ワックスを流し込み、前記印象型との接面に前記印象凹部の形状を転記して仮床を作製し、この仮床を軟化状態にあるうちに印象型から離型すると共に、被採取者の口腔内に装着して適合させた後、当該仮床を被採取者の口腔内に装着したまま完全硬化させる。また、印象型としてシリコン型を用いる好ましい。さらに、歯冠色のワックスを用いたり、印象型として歯列側と歯茎側の上下二分割型を用いて、歯冠色のワックスと歯肉色のワックスを併用することで、審美性を高めることができる。【選択図】図1
