PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dental prosthesis manufacturing equipment and method that, in manufacturing a dental prosthesis by CAD/CAM, is capable of recording a front reference point of an artificial dental arch simultaneously with impression taking and jaw position taking.SOLUTION: The dental prosthesis manufacturing equipment 10 includes: a bite stage part 12 which has a dimension and thickness that can be supported with the lips when set in the oral cavity and which can be written in with the front reference point of the artificial dental arch a bite stage 14 which is attached to the bite stage part 12, which can be fixed to at least one of the upper jaw impression tray and the lower jaw impression tray in the oral cavity, and which can be taken out of the oral cavity without changing a positional relation with the bite stage part 12 an anterior post part 16 which is attached to the bite stage part 12 and which becomes a reference point for the purpose of superimposing the image data of a patient and the CAD data of the impression and a head band part 18 which is attached to the bite stage part 12 and which can be set on the patients head so as to be parallel to the prosthetics plane.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】CAD/CAMによって歯科補綴物を製作する際に、人工歯列弓の前方基準点を印象採得並びに顎位採得と同時に記録できる歯科補綴物製作装置及び歯科補綴物製作方法を得る。【解決手段】歯科補綴物製作装置10は口腔内装着時に口唇で支えることができる大きさと厚みを有し人工歯列弓の前方基準点を記入することが可能なバイトステージ部12と、バイトステージ部12に取付けられ口腔内において上顎印象用トレーと下顎印象用トレーとの少なくとも一方と固定可能とされ口腔外にバイトステージ部12との位置関係を変えることなく取り出すことができるバイトフォーク部14と、バイトステージ部12に取付けられ患者の画像データと印象のCADデータとを重ね合わせるための基準点となるアンテリアポスト部16と、バイトステージ部12に取付けられ口腔内装着時に患者の頭部に補綴学的平面に平行になるように装着可能なヘッドバンド部18と、を有する。【選択図】図2
