The invention relates to a mitral valve prosthesis and a delivery catheter (16) for conveying and deploying such a prosthesis. The invention makes it possible to effectively treat a pathology related to moderate to severe mitral regurgitation. Such a prosthesis implantable by catheterization mainly comprises a docking station (4) and a leaflet (3) cooperating with said docking station. Said sheet (3) is advantageously arranged in a configuration close to a posterior leaflet (1) of a native mitral valve of a patient.
