PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral cavity model in which a three-dimensionally shaped soft tissue model part molded from a shape of mucosa of a patient is joined to a three-dimensionally shaped hard tissue model part molded from a shape of a tooth and a jawbone of the same patient, and the soft tissue model part is made of a flexible resin material and can be turned up to the hard tissue model part.SOLUTION: A hard tissue model part is made by a 3D printer on the basis of three-dimensional shape data of a patients tooth and jawbone acquired by CT. The hard tissue model part is adapted to a recess of an impression formed by pressing an impression material against the jaw of the same patient. A resin material is filled and solidified in a gap between the hard tissue model part and the impression. After having made a soft tissue model part, the impression is removed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の歯及び顎骨の形状から型取られた立体形状の硬組織模型部に、同じ患者の粘膜の形状から型取られた立体形状の軟組織模型部が接合されており、前記軟組織模型部は柔軟な樹脂材料で構成され、前記硬組織模型部に対してめくることが可能な、口腔模型を提供する。【解決手段】CTによって取得された患者の歯及び顎骨の3次元形状データに基づいて、3Dプリンターによって硬組織模型部を作製し、同じ患者の顎部に印象材を押し付けて形成された印象の凹部に、前記硬組織模型部を適合させ、前記硬組織模型部と前記印象の隙間に樹脂材料を充填して固化させ、軟組織模型部を作製した後、前記印象を取り外す。【選択図】図3
