A massaging device includes a housing (10) having a chamber (11) and a number of orifices (12) communicating with each other, and one or more beams (30) engaged in the housing (10), and the beams (30) each include a number of massaging members (31) aligned with the orifices (12) of the housing (10), and an actuator (41) is engaged in the housing (10) and includes one or more protrusions (42) for engaging with the beams (30) and for moving the massaging members (31) into and out of the orifices (12) of the housing (10) and for actuating the massaging members (31) to engage with the users. A shaft (40) is engaged in the housing (10) and secured to the actuator (41) for rotating the actuator (41) relative to the housing (10).
