Disclosed is an underwater sediment purifying apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the underwater sediment purifying apparatus includes: a pump unit which is arranged on a ship and supplies seawater mixed with a sediment improvement agent； and a spraying unit which is moved in a sailing direction of the ship and includes a first nozzle, which sprays seawater, supplied by the pump unit, to be inclined on the bottom of a seabed in the sailing direction of the ship, and a second nozzle which is formed on a rear side of the first nozzle and sprays seawater in the direction perpendicular to the bottom. The spraying unit includes: at least one supplying pipe which receives seawater mixed with the sediment improvement agent from the pump unit； a high pressure water distribution pipe in a cylindrical shape in which a plurality of the first nozzles and the second nozzles are formed； and a body frame which is formed to have a frame structure to support the supply pipe and the high pressure water distribution pipe, and is connected to both end portions of the high pressure water distribution pipe. The high pressure water distribution pipe includes a water pressure adjustment means which generates a pressure difference of seawater sprayed by the first nozzles and the second nozzles.
