PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe for rolling up a film which can surely prevent intrusion of water to the inside of the pipe and improve manufacturing efficiency.SOLUTION: A pipe P for rolling up a film is set on the side of a vinyl house H for agriculture and horticulture and rolls up the film F by winding the film F covering the vinyl house H from the lower end part. The pipe comprises a plurality of circular cross-section pipe materials 1 which are connected to one another in a longer direction. An end part of one connected pipe material 1 has a fitting part 12 formed in an elliptical shape, and an end part of the other connected pipe material 1 has an insertion part 11 formed in an elliptical shape which is inserted into the fitting part in an unrotatable manner for connection. Elastic seal materials 2 in a conical shape are inserted into inside of the fitting part 12 and the insertion part 11 to seal the pipe material 1.
