PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for breeding by inoculation after sterilization of pathopoiesis soil which becomes replant failure to a state that plants can be grown.SOLUTION: There is provided a breeding method by contaminated pathopoiesis soil with replant failure has a process for hydrolysis by sprinkling to the pathopoiesis soil in advance, a process for scattering hypochlorous acid solution of 1000 to 6000 ppm at pH 5 to 6.5, and impregnating the same, a process for sterilization by covering with a light-shielding film for 1 to 2 weeks, then inoculation. The concentration of the hypochlorous acid solution is preferably 1500 to 4500 ppm. The hypochlorous acid solution of 1/2 to 2 times volume of the pathopoiesis soil volume is preferably scattered. Further diluted hypochlorous acid solution of 50 to 100 ml at pH 5 to 6.5 is preferably used in a process for hydrolysis by sprinkling in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】連作障害となる発病土を、植物を栽培可能な状態に殺菌した後播種して育種する方法の提供。【解決手段】連作障害の汚染発病土での育種方法であって、発病土に対し予め散水して加水する工程と、その後、混和発病土にpH5~6.5の1000~6000ppmの次亜塩素酸水溶液を散布し、浸透させる工程と、1~2週間遮光フィルムで覆い殺菌する工程と、その後播種する。次亜塩素酸水溶液濃度は1500~4500ppmとするのが好ましい。また、発病土容量の2分の1~2倍容量の次亜塩素酸水溶液を散布するのがよい。さらに、予め散水して加水する工程でpH5~6.5の50~100mlの希釈次亜塩素酸水溶液を用いるのがよい。【選択図】図1
