Assembly for brachytherapy treatment of tumor tissue in a human or animal body, quecomprende at least one interstitial needle-assembly (29, 30), an intracavitary component (20) with atleast one guiding unit (25), displaying said at least one unit guiding a longitudinal axis (25 ) ysiendo connectable to said intracavitary component (20), and wherein said at least one guiding unit estáprovista with coupling means for coupling said at least one interstitial needle-assembly (29 , 30) for delivering treatment to said tumor tissue, characterized in that said at least one assembly agujaintersticial (29, 30) comprises a guide channel (31) through which a channel of the hollow catheter (32) puedemoverse along said longitudinal axis, wherein the channel of the hollow catheter is capable of extending beyond launidad guiding (25) and the guide channel (31) towards said tumor tissue to provide treatment said tejidotumoral.Ensamblaje para realizar un tratamiento de braquiterapia de tejido tumoral en un cuerpo humano o animal, quecomprende por lo menos un ensamblaje de aguja intersticial (29, 30), un componente intracavitario (20) y por lomenos una unidad guiadora (25), exhibiendo dicha por lo menos una unidad guiadora un eje longitudinal (25) ysiendo conectable a dicho componente intracavitario (20), y donde dicha por lo menos una unidad guiadora estáprovista con medios de acoplamiento para acoplar dicho por lo menos un ensamblaje de aguja intersticial (29, 30)para suministrar tratamiento a dicho tejido tumoral, caracterizado porque dicho por lo menos un ensamblaje de agujaintersticial (29, 30) comprende un canal de guía (31) a través del cual un canal del catéter hueco (32) puedemoverse a lo largo de dicho eje longitudinal, donde el canal del catéter hueco es capaz de extenderse más allá de launidad guiadora (25) y el canal de guía (31) hacia dicho tejido tumoral para administrar tratamiento a dicho tejidotumoral.
