The present invention is to provide a method of preparing a sea kelp facial pack for alleviating skin trouble, comprising the followings: a step in which a sea kelp with leaf body having a width of 25 cm or more is selected a step in which the selected sea kelp is parboiled in salt water at 80°C, and cooled with cool water at 5°C, and stored frozen at -18°C while being salted in salt a step in which the frozen sea kelp is taken out to be cut into an appropriate size, and washed cleanly with tap water a step in which the washed sea kelp is parboiled in boiling water at 100°C and cooled, and then completely dried a step in which the dried sea kelp is immersed in a natural preservative solution a step in which the immersed sea kelp is taken out to remove water therefrom, and water on its surface is sufficiently evaporated in a drier, and then its cross section is cut and split in halves a step in which the split sea kelp is spread out, and approximately 10 sheets of such spread out sea kelps are stacked on one another to be shaped into the shape of a face which is about 23-25 cm in width and about 9-12 cm in length and a step in which the shaped upper part and lower part are sorted, and a slip sheet made of non-woven fabric is attached to both sides thereof and folded into an individual wrapping paper. Accordingly, the present invention provides a facial mask pack using sea kelp leaves as the main material, which has excellent biocompatibility and moisturizing properties as well as skin adhesion and cosmetic functionality, and is thus effective in alleviating skin trouble.
