The present invention relates to a system and wearable device for monitoring a motion of a user while a wearable device is worn on a user and determining the suitability of a motion by contrasting a motion of a user with correct posture data. The system comprises: a posture detection unit worn on a user and obtaining a posture value according to a motion of the user； a control unit confirming whether the posture value obtained in the posture detection unit is included in a previously stored correct posture range； an output unit outputting a suitability signal when the posture value obtained in the posture detection unit is included in the previously stored correct posture range； and a power unit supplying power to the control unit.본 발명은 사용자에게 착용된 상태에서 사용자의 동작을 모니터링하고, 사용자의 동작과 올바른 자세 데이터를 대조하는 것으로 동작의 적합 유무를 판단하는 시스템 및 웨어러블 장치에 관한 기술로서, 사용자에 착용되어 사용자의 동작에 따른 자세 값을 획득하는 자세검출부와, 기 저장된 올바른 자세 범위 값에 자세검출부에서 획득된 자세 값의 포함 여부를 확인하는 제어부와, 기 저장된 올바른 자세 범위 값에 자세검출부에서 획득된 자세 값의 포함되면 적합신호를 출력하는 출력부와, 제어부에 전원을 공급하는 전원부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
