PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed for fishery in which cracks and degradation are suppressed and which does not require frozen storage, and to provide a method of producing feed for fishery with which the feed can be easily produced without using expensive granulating machinery such as an extruder.SOLUTION: Feed for fishery is provided which contains, as main components, a powder raw material including fish meal, and starch syrup, and in which the content of the starch syrup is 10-45 wt.%. In a method of producing the feed for fishery, the feed can be produced by adding starch syrup to a powder raw material including fish meal, kneading the same without heating, and granulating the same for pelletization. Starch syrup of which solid content is 70-90 wt.% with DE (saccharification rate) of 25-60 is preferably used. When fat is additionally contained, it is preferable that the feed contains 10-45 wt.% of starch syrup and 0.5-12 wt.% of fat with the residual portion being a powder raw material based on total 100 wt.% of a powder raw material, starch syrup, and fat.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】割れや粉化が抑えられ、冷凍保存の必要もない水産用餌飼料、またエクストルーダーのような高価な造粒機械を用いることなく手軽に製造することができる水産用餌飼料の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】魚粉を含む粉体原料と水あめとを主成分とし、水あめの含有量が10~45重量%である水産用餌飼料である。水産用餌飼料の製造方法は、魚粉を含む粉体原料に水あめを添加して、非加熱下で混錬し造粒してペレット化することにより製造することができる。水あめは、固形分が70~90重量%、DE(糖化率)が25~60とするものが好ましく使用される。また、油脂を更に含有する場合、粉体原料と水あめと油脂との合計100重量%に対して水あめを10~45重量%、油脂を0.5~12重量%含有し、残部を粉体原料とするのが好ましい。【選択図】なし
