PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for production of a lipid coated powder excellent in taste masking, suppression of dissolution rate and storage stability of its core substance.SOLUTION: The process for production of the lipid coated product of core substance is carried out by mixing 5-50 mass parts of lipid powder with the strength ratio of 0.6 or less (19°/21° strength ratio) for peak strength at 2&theta (21°) and 2&theta (19°) in X-ray diffraction determination and 95-50 mass parts of the core substance at temperatures at or lower than the &alpha-type melting point of the lipid powder and the core substance, coating of the core substance with the lipid substance followed by maintaining the coated lipid substance at a melting temperature or at a temperature lower than the &alpha-type melting point of the coated lipid substance and to cause solid phase transition up to make the strength ratio of 2 or more at 19°/21° for the coated lipid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、芯物質の味のマスキング、溶出率を抑え、保存時の安定性に優れた脂質被覆粉末の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】脂質粉体と芯物質を混合し芯物質が脂質で被覆された脂質被覆物を製造する方法において、X線回折測定における2θ(19°)のピーク強度と2θ(21°)のピーク強度との強度比(19°/21°強度比)が0.6以下である脂質粉体5~50質量部と芯物質95~50質量部とを脂質粉体のα型融点以下の温度で混合して脂質を芯物質に被覆した後、これを被覆脂質のα型融点以下の温度に保ち、被覆脂質の19°/21°強度比が2以上となるまで固相転移を行なうことを特徴とする脂質被覆物の製造方法。【選択図】 なし
