PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a frozen food for oil-frying.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a frozen food for oil-flying having a process of milling an oil and fat composition with dispersibility added into a powder raw material in which a fine crystal oil and fat is dispersed. The oil and fat composition contains an oil and fat which is liquid at ordinary temperature and a surfactant and the oil and fat composition preferably has water accustoming property and oil and fat dispersibility.
