PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating method capable of creating a complicated shape by simple operation.SOLUTION: Trunk support equipment 10 includes: a pair of frame members 12, 14 that are disposed on both side parts of a trunk of a user 2 and extend in parallel a flexible base belt 16 that is extended between the frame members 12, 14 and supports the users back face and an adjustment belt 20 that is attached to a surface opposite to a face touched by the users back face in the base belt 16 of a backrest member.
