The bracket has a fixed vertical assembly (1) i.e. sleeve, attached to a vehicle, and a movable vertical assembly (7) articulated to the fixed assembly, where the movable assembly is movable from bottom to top and vice versa. A tiltable assembly (12) is attached to an end of the movable vertical assembly, where the tiltable assembly is offset perpendicularly to the movable vertical assembly, and an end of the tiltable assembly receives a tool holder support.
