A tree cutter tool comprises a support member 14, a connector 12 whereby the support member is securable, in use, to an arm of a drive apparatus, the connector defining a connector axis 24, and a cutter device 16 attached or attachable to the support member, wherein the cutter device defines a cutter plane, the connector axis being spaced from the cutter plane. The support member may include a grabber device and the cutter may be removably attached to the support member and the support member may be removably attached to the connector. The cutter device maybe directly attached to the connector. The drive apparatus maybe an excavator, the tool being attached directly to the arm or the drive apparatus maybe a power arm or a loader. The cutter may be directly attached to the connector. Also disclosed is a tree cutter tool comprising a cutter and a grabber wherein the grabber is movably mounted relative to the cutter device.
