To provide a hair cosmetic which is stable without causing separation at a high temperature and has body feeling when applied to hair and excellent suppleness of hair after drying.SOLUTION: There is provided a hair cosmetic which contains a monoalkyl trimethylammonium-type surfactant, one or two or more higher alcohols having 16 to 22 carbon atoms, 1,3-propylene glycol, a triglyceride and water.
