The present invention relates to a light irradiation apparatus for skin care, which comprises: a main body part including a mounting part having a through hole and a body connected to the mounting part； a light diffusion part mounted on the mounting part in front of the main body part and having some part thereof exposed via the through hole； and a light source module mounted behind the light diffusion part to have multiple different light sources.
