The light emitting apparatus according to the present invention includes a light source； and an optical component including a fixed member (1) having a through hole (3-1), and a wavelength conversion member (2) having at least one part thereof arranged in the through hole, a cut-in part or a hole part (6-1) being formed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the through hole of the fixed member； where the light from the light source is guided to the wavelength conversion member, and wherein the cut-in or hole part is filled with a fixing member (6-2).
