The purpose of the present invention is to improve the focusing property of a light guide component. A light-focusing light guide device (8) comprises: a first reflecting surface (50) formed into a curved shape extending from an LED package (24) toward an incidence end surface (35) of a light guide (2) along an optical axis (K) to reflect the light from the LED package (24) and thereby focus the reflected light onto the incidence end surface (35)； and an optical control element (60) housed at the end part of the first reflecting surface (50) near the incidence end surface (35). The optical control element (60) refracts the light directed and incident onto the reflecting surface at the end part near the incidence end surface (35) and emits the refracted light at an emission angle less than and equal to a prescribed angle.
