The embodiment of the proposed invention relates to a prefilled syringe containing esmolol for aseptic delivery of esmolol dosage form. The present syringe is prefilled and so there is no need to fill the drug from the vials to deliver the said drug to an individual. This does not require vials to break and open leading to particulate contamination by glass of the vial or other particles from surrounding. In addition, this also eliminates the risk of microbial contamination that may have serious health complications to the individual to whom the contaminated drug is administered. Also there are no chances of dosage errors due to erroneous handling while filling the drug from the vial. Therefore, the present prefilled syringe containing esmolol enables aseptic delivery of esmolol dosage form.
