The present invention provides a composition comprising lycopene, one or both of phytoene and phytofluene, and phytosterols, wherein the concentration of lycopene is in the range of 0.3% - 2% (w/w) and wherein the weight ratio of said lycopene to one or both of phytoene and phytofluene is in the range of 1:1 to 1:2.5. The invention also encompasses a method for preparing said composition.La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant du lycopène, l'un du phytoène ou du phytofluène ou les deux, et des phytostérols, la concentration de lycopène étant comprise dans la plage de 0,3 % à 2 % (en poids), et le rapport de poids dudit lycopène sur l'un du phytoène ou du phytofluène ou les deux étant dans la plage de 1:1 à 1:2,5.
