The plurality of biometricand biomechanical sensorsadapted to sense biometric and biomechanical characteristics of the employeeand output correspondinghealth data indicative of the biometric and biomechanical characteristics ofthe employee. The methodincluding determining an employee health profile based at least in part on thecollected health data,generating a health plan for the employee based at least in part on the healthprofile, and displaying healthcontent including the employee health profile and the health plan for theemployee.
