PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a computer medium, and a method executed by a computer for monitoring health of employees while employees are positioned at an employee workstation.SOLUTION: Health data including nerve data which is collected from one or more nerve sensors 120 arranged around a scalp of an employee is collected, and employee health profile is determined based on the nerve data. The employee health profile includes one or more of health properties, health condition and health risk of employees.
