PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system and the like capable of continuously managing health of employees and the like by using a wearable device.SOLUTION: A wearable device 1 measures heart beat data related to a heart beat of each employee who wears the wearable device 1, and sends the heart beat data and a registration ID of the employee to a data collection terminal 6.
