The slave servers 21-23 obtain physiological data and behavior data of the user from various sensors or the like provided in a bathroom 11, a lavatory 12, and a bed room 13 respectively, calculate a physiological index based on the physiological data and a behavior index based on the behavior data, and calculate a health condition index by combining the physiological index and the behavior index.
