The present invention relates to a health management system which continuously acquires electrocardiogram data of a user during a normal life of the user, and monitors health of the user by using the continuously acquired electrocardiogram data. In order to accomplish this, the present invention is preferably configured by comprising: a plurality of electrocardiogram measuring devices, which are attached to seat tools in different locations to measure electrocardiograms of users, convert the measured electrocardiogram data according to a short-range wireless communication scheme, and transmit the converted data a communication device which transmits the packet, which includes the electrocardiogram data of the user, received from the electrocardiogram measuring device according to the short-range wireless communication scheme, through wire and wireless communication networks and a health management server which sequentially stores and manages the electrocardiogram data of the user, included in the packet received from different electrocardiogram measuring devices through the communication device.
