To provide a method for relatively evaluating a health condition through comparison of the vital data of a care receiving person with past data or data on another care receiving person.SOLUTION: The system includes a plurality of sensor devices 400 for sensing the health conditions of a plurality of care receiving persons, a terminal device 300, and a server device 200 which is connected to the sensor devices and the terminal device over a network 500. Each of the sensor devices measures vital data on a care receiving person for every first prescribed time period, and transmits the vital data to the server device. The server device accumulates the vital data on the care receiving person during a second prescribed time period, compares the received vital data from the sensor device with the accumulated past vital data on the same care receiving person and/or the vital data on another care receiving person during the same time period, and evaluates the health condition of the care receiving person on the basis of the received vital data and a comparison result obtained by a comparison unit.
