PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for eyelashes and eyebrows which can beautifully finish eyelashes and eyebrows without forming lumps when double-coated and without drooping of eyelashes while giving voluminous feeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic for eyelashes and eyebrows which comprises the following components (A) and (B): (A) 7 to 40 mass% of a wax which is a solid at 25°C； and (B) a straight chain saturated fatty acid having 16 to 22 carbon atoms or an alkali salt of the straight chain saturated fatty acid, where the component (A) includes (A-1) a microcrystalline wax having a melting point of 85°C or more, the mass ratio (A-1)/(A) of the component (A-1) to the component (A) is 0.7 to 1, in the component (B), the straight chain saturated fatty acid includes at least (B-1) palmitic acid, (B-2) stearic acid and (B-3) behenic acid and the cosmetic contains (B-1) palmitic acid, (B-2) stearic acid, (B-3) behenic acid and an alkali salt of (B-1), (b-2) and (B-3) in a total amount of 1 to 8 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】ボリューム感を出しつつ、重ね塗りしても、ダマにならず、睫毛が垂れることなく、綺麗に仕上げることができる、睫毛・眉毛用化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】次の成分（Ａ）並びに（Ｂ）：（Ａ）２５℃で固形のワックス ７～４０質量％、（Ｂ）炭素数１６～２２の直鎖飽和脂肪酸又は前記直鎖飽和脂肪酸のアルカリ塩を含有する睫毛・眉毛用化粧料であって、成分（Ａ）が、（Ａ－１）融点が８５℃以上のマイクロクリスタリンワックスを含み、成分（Ａ）に対する成分（Ａ－１）の質量割合（Ａ－１）／（Ａ）が０．７～１であり、成分（Ｂ）において、少なくとも、直鎖飽和脂肪酸が、（Ｂ－１）パルミチン酸、（Ｂ－２）ステアリン酸、（Ｂ－３）べヘン酸を含み、化粧料中、（Ｂ－１）パルミチン酸、（Ｂ－２）ステアリン酸、（Ｂ－３）ベヘン酸及び（Ｂ－１）、（Ｂ－２）、（Ｂ－３）のアルカリ塩を、酸として、合計で１～８質量％含有する睫毛・眉毛用化粧料。【選択図】なし
