PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily foamy aerosol cosmetic that has excellent uniformity and low-temperature stability of a composition to be packed into an aerosol cosmetic and provides foams having excellent foaming property and foam durability.SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition for an oily foamy aerosol cosmetic comprises a liquid oil component composed of oil and fat and/or an ester oil and a hydroxy group-containing diglycerol fatty acid ester. The hydroxy group-containing diglycerol fatty acid ester comprises a mixture of (A) a straight-chain saturated 8C fatty acid, (B) a straight-chain saturated 12C fatty acid and (C) a branched-chain saturated 18C fatty acid.
