The invention relates to an arrangement for controlling medicinal devices, in particular of a dental work station (1), comprising an operating device (10) for generating control and/or adjusting signals for the medicinal device, an emitting device associated with the operating device (10) for the wireless transmission of control and adjusting signals and a capturing device (18) associated with the medicinal device for capturing the control and/or adjusting signals and for retransmitting said signals to the medicinal device. Said operating device (10) comprises an input element (15) that is to be actuated by the foot and which is pivotably mounted. Means (20) are provided, said means automatically guide the pivotable input element (15) back into the initial position after pivoting from said initial position.
