The device for forming a drainage groove includes: a first drainage groove forming member which is installed on a lower portion of a seeding machine and firstly forms a drainage groove by dividing soil on the ground in a left direction and a right direction and a second drainage groove forming member which is located on a rear side of the first drainage groove member to be placed apart from the first drainage groove forming member, has a front end width wider than a left width and a right width on a rear end side of the first drainage groove forming member, and completes the drainage groove by pressing a left surface and a right surface of the drainage groove. The first groove forming member includes: an upper blade which is connected to a lower surface on a front side of a hanger frame using a joint bracket and has a front surface formed in the shape of a mountain and a lower blade which is arranged under the upper blade, is formed to have the width which gradually decreases in a horizontal direction from an upper portion to a lower portion, and has a flat front surface and inclined surfaces formed on a left side and a right side of the front surface. The second drainage groove forming member includes: a first pressing blade in the shape of a plate which is arranged on a lower surface on a rear side of the hanger frame hinged to the frame of a seeding machine and a second pressing blade which is arranged to face the first pressing blade at a predetermined distance. The first pressing blade and the second blade are arranged to gradually approach each other from the upper end portion to the lower end portion.
