The first groove forming member includes: an upper blade which is connected to a lower surface on a front side of a hanger frame using a joint bracket and has a front surface formed in the shape of a mountain and a lower blade which is arranged under the upper blade, is formed to have the width which gradually decreases in a horizontal direction from an upper portion to a lower portion, and has a flat front surface and inclined surfaces formed on a left side and a right side of the front surface. The second drainage groove forming member includes: a first pressing blade in the shape of a plate which is arranged on a lower surface on a rear side of the hanger frame hinged to the frame of a seeding machine and a second pressing blade which is arranged to face the first pressing blade at a predetermined distance. The first pressing blade and the second blade are arranged to gradually approach each other from the upper end portion to the lower end portion.
