<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating fish bank capable of regulating the buoyancy so as to take a position matching to the speed of the tide between a state in which a part of the fish bank body protrudes from the sea surface, and a state in which the whole of the fish bank body is positioned under the sea surface, having a mark buoy for allowing the position of the fish bank to be visually observed when the fish bank body sinks under the sea surface, and preventing an anchor cable of the mark buoy from coiling around the fish bank body even when the mark buoy moves so as to turn around the periphery of the fish bank body. <；P>；SOLUTION: The floating fish bank having the fish bank body 3 to be moored at the vicinity of the sea surface through a mooring rope bound to an anchor set on the sea bottom includes a ring-shaped member 11 provided along the outer periphery of a safety fence 9 stood on the upper surface part of the fish bank body 3 through proper attaching brackets.
