The present invention relates to a buoy which enables a user to know the position thereof which is floated on water surface of the sea or a river. More specifically, the buoy of the present invention comprises a supporting means inserted in the center of a buoyant body which floats on water, and a weight at the lower part of the supporting means for floating the buoyant body on water surface by the weight located in the water and, at the same time, marking the position to the outside. Furthermore, the fish luring buoy using low frequency comprises a low frequency oscillation part which generates low frequency oscillation to the supporting means for luring fish, so as to lure fish by the low frequency instead of paste bait by floating the buoyant body on water surface near a fishing place, thereby remarkably improving efficiency of luring fish.본 발명은 바다나 강의 수표면 상에 띄워서 그 위치를 알 수 있도록 하는 부이에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 물에 뜨는 부력체의 중앙에 지지수단을 삽설하고 그 지지수단의 하단에 무게추를 구비하여 상기 부력체가 수중에 위치하는 상기 무게추에 의해 수상에 뜰 수 있도록 하여 외부로의 위치 표식이 가능하도록 하는 동시에 지지수단에 저주파를 발진하여 물고기가 유인될 수 있도록 하는 저주파 발진부를 구비하여 낚시터 주변의 수표면상에 상기 부력체를 띄움으로써 떡밥 대신에 저주파에 의해 물고기가 유인되도록 하여 집어(集魚)의 효율성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 저주파를 이용한 물고기 유인용 수상 부이에 관한 것이다.
