PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in size and cost for an optical ultrasonic tomographic imaging apparatus.
SOLUTION: The optical ultrasonic tomographic imaging apparatus includes: a light generating means 121 for emitting measurement light L a light irradiating means 122 for irradiating a subject 150 with the measurement light L an ultrasonic wave detecting means 132 for detecting ultrasonic wave U which is generated in the subject 150 by the radiation of the measurement light L and a tomographic image obtaining means 130 for obtaining the tomographic image of the subject 150, based on the reception signal of the ultrasonic wave U detected by the ultrasonic wave detecting means 132. The apparatus also includes: an A/D converting means converting an analog signal into a digital signal which holds information of the analog signal as it is detected and a first storage means for storing data of the digital signal as RAW data. The tomographic image obtaining means obtains the tomographic image of the subject, based on the RAW data.
