PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor tissue coagulation generated in an object region using an ultrasonic wave.SOLUTION: After energy is irradiated to an imaging object from an irradiation part for coagulation, an ultrasonic wave for bubble generation and an ultrasonic wave for bubble monitoring are transmitted to the imaging object from a probe for bubble generation and from a probe for bubble monitoring respectively.
