A heat-treating method of sludge discharged form a sewage disposal plant and a carbide generated by the same are provided to prevent contamination of the atmosphere and soil, and to increase regeneration of sources. A heat-treating method of sludge discharged form a sewage disposal plant includes the followings steps of: injecting sludge discharged from the sewage disposal plant into a drying room to be dried(S101); performing decomposition reaction processing of the sludge by supplying heating sources to the dried sludge(S102); and separating a solid material and gas discharged due to pyrolysis of the sludge(S103). The sludge is comprised of a mixture in which a carbon compound including a carbon component, moisture, and an organic compound.
