PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily draw out cooked rice as it is boiled.SOLUTION: The cooked rice boiled in a rice cooking process is cut every grain of cooked rice in a cutting process using a chopper or the like. Then in a drawing-out process, the cooked rice is drawn out using a rolling pin.
