PURPOSE: A cultivation method of ginseng having the improved content of specific saponin, and the ginseng are provided to use a propolis solution, acanthopanax sessiliflorus, red ginseng, and hovenia dulcis for increasing the content of saponin in the ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of ginseng having the improved content of specific saponin comprises the following steps: mixing a fermented mixture obtained by fermenting acanthopanax sessiliflorus, red ginseng, and hovenia dulcis for 1-2 years with compost； spreading the compost mixture to a ginseng farm； adding water into the acanthopanax sessiliflorus, red ginseng, and hovenia dulcis, and fermenting the mixture for 1-2 years to obtain a fermentation liquid； germinating ginseng seeds by supplying a propolis solution for 40-50 days； planting the germinated ginseng seeds on the ginseng farm, and supplying the propolis solution and the fermentation liquid to sprouts of the ginseng once every 6-8 days； and spraying the propolis solution and the fermentation liquid to the full grown sprouts of the ginseng once every 14-16 days.본 발명은 (a) 오가피, 홍삼 및 헛개나무를 발효시킨 발효물을 퇴비에 혼합하여 제조된 퇴비 혼합물을 인삼밭에 살포하는 단계； (b) 오가피, 홍삼 및 헛개나무에 물을 첨가한 후 발효시켜 발효액을 제조하는 단계； (c) 인삼 종자에 프로폴리스 용액을 공급하여 인삼 종자를 개갑시키는 단계； 및 (d) 상기 (c)단계의 개갑된 인삼 종자를 상기 (a)단계의 인삼밭에 심은 후 프로폴리스 용액 및 상기 (b)단계의 발효액을 인삼밭에 살포하는 단계를 포함하여 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특정 사포닌 함량이 증진된 인삼의 재배방법, 상기 방법으로 재배된 인삼 및 상기 인삼을 이용하여 제조된 인삼 가공식품에 관한 것이다.
