PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel agent which can effectively enhance the production of platelet derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) contributing to the production promotion of mesenchymal stem cells or the stabilization of stem cells.SOLUTION: The invention provides a PDGF-BB production enhancer containing one or more, as an active ingredient, selected from Vaccinium vitis-idaea-derived material, Garcinia mangostana-derived material, Scutellaria baicalensis-derived material, inositol, and inositol phosphoric acid.
