PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic device which can prevent deterioration of adhesion of a radiation detector caused by a barometric pressure change while suppressing mixing of a foreign matter that causes deterioration of quality of a radiograph.SOLUTION: The radiographic device includes: a transmission surface part 38 having a transmission surface 37 through which radiation 16 transmitting through a subject 12 transmits the radiation detector 50 detecting the radiation 16 which has transmitted through the transmission surface 37 an adhesion member 86 making the radiation detector 50 adhere to the transmission surface part 38 to be freely peelable so that an internal space B can be formed between the radiation detector 50 and the transmission surface 37 and a communicating path 88 formed on the adhesion member 86 to make the internal space B communicate with an external space A.
