PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus, accurately making image correction for a portion requiring image correction corresponding to a change in a defect size due to HV application.

SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing this radiographic apparatus including: a defect detecting means for detecting a defective pixel of a radiation detector using defect detecting data obtained from the radiation detector, and generating defect information showing the information on the defect in the radiation detector a defect correction means for making defect correction for the radiation image photographed by the radiation detector using the defect information and a defective size changing means for changing the size of defect in the defect information according to the elapsed time from the application of high voltage to the radiation detector when the defect correction means makes defect correction.
