PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a phosphor when causing a sensor panel of a radiographic image detector to curve to improve sharpness of an image.SOLUTION: A radiographic image detector 3 comprises: a phosphor 60 containing a fluorescent material which emits fluorescent light due to radiation exposure and a sensor panel 61 that is provided in close contact with the phosphor and that detects fluorescent light emitted by the phosphor. The phosphor includes a columnar part composed of aggregations of columnar crystals 82 formed by columnar growth of crystals of the fluorescent material. A radiation incident surface is provided on an opposite side of the phosphor of the sensor panel. The sensor panel is flexible and is curved so that a curvature center is located on the radiation incident surface side.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線画像検出装置のセンサパネルを湾曲させて画像の鮮鋭度を向上させるにあたって、蛍光体の損傷を防止する。
