PURPOSE: A producing method of pumpkin juice containing wheat germ oil that improves physical health and can be served to person with glycosuria or arteriosclerosis is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method of making pumpkin juice containing wheat germ oil includes the following steps: (i) putting cleaned and cut pumpkin in a pressure cooker with a third part of water and heating in boiled water at 110°C under 0.4kg/cm¬2; (ii) compressing the content when the boiled content gets cool by 40°C by natural cooling of the cooker; (iii) putting the pressed extract of pumpkin in a stainless steel airtight container and adding 2-20wt% of wheat germ oil to mix together; and then (iv) sealing up the container after sterilizing for 30min and resterilizing in 100°C of water for about 20min.
