PURPOSE: An aseptic culture method of bracken spore is provided to mass-produce the bracken spore by improving the germination rate and reducing the contamination rate during a sprouting process of the bracken spore. CONSTITUTION: An aseptic culture method of bracken spore comprises the following steps: freeze-storing the bracken spore for 3~5days； defrosting the bracken spore using sterile water； dipping the bracken spore inside a sterilized test tube； dipping the bracken spore for 5~15minutes inside a NaOCl solution； centrifugal separating the NaOCl solution； removing NaOCl from the centrifugal separated solution, and washing with the sterile water to obtain pure spores； producing a liquid culture medium； inserting the liquid culture medium into a 1/2 MS solid medium cultivation bottle, and injecting the pure bracken spores； and cultivating the injected bracken spores. 본 발명은 고사리 포자를 배양하는 방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 고사리 포자를 채취하여 멸균수에 진탕하고 알콜을 사용하여 포자의 표면을 살균하여세척한 후 NaOCl 수용액에 침지시켜 초음파 또는 진공살균을 실시한 후 NaOCl 수용액을 제거하여 MS, 1/2MS 및 Hyponex 고체 배지에서 접종한 후, 항온기에서 배양하는 단계로 구성된다.본 발명의 고사리 포자 배양 방법을 이용하면 자연상태에서의 고사리 포자 발아시 문제점을 해결할 수 있고 대량생산이 가능토록 하여 농가 소득향상에 직접적인 도움을 줄 수 있다.
