PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for synthesizing novel 3,4-position condensed ring type tricyclic indole derivatives or benzofurans and a novel pharmaceutical composition.SOLUTION: The synthesis method is exemplified by the following preparation of 6a from a compound represented by 5a, and the synthesis method is characterized to include: a step of bringing 5a into contact with a platinum-containing catalyst in a solvent to form a π-allyl platinum intermediate by Friedel-Crafts reaction and as a second step, a step of obtaining 6a by subjecting the π-allyl platinum intermediate to intramolecular allylic position amination reaction or intramolecular allylic position oxonation reaction with a base to effect ring closure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】新規3,4位縮環型三環性インドール誘導体もしくはベンゾフラン類の合成法、および、新規医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】下記5aで表される化合物から6aの調製で例示する。該合成法は、5aを、溶媒中で白金を含んだ触媒に接触させ、Friedel-Crafts反応によりπアリル白金中間体を形成する工程と、第二の工程として、前記πアリル白金中間体を塩基と分子内アリル位アミノ化反応または分子内アリル位オキソ化反応させ、閉環させて6aを得る工程、とを含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
