A two piece ostomy appliance having a first part (bodyside part) adapted for securing to the body of a user, and second part (pouch part) that is releaseably secured to the first part. The pouch part has a pouch flange which has an opening communicating with an interior of the pouch； and a bodyside flange with an opening and a hydrocolloid layer for securing the bodyside flange to the stoma of a user. The bodyside flange has a location projection receivable in a recess in a part of the pouch flange to align the opening of the pouch flange with the opening of the bodyside flange. A surface of the pouch flange has an adhesive to adhere the pouch flange to the bodyside flange. The recess of the pouch flange is located at the periphery of the pouch flange, extending away from the opening in the pouch flange.La présente invention concerne un accessoire pour stomie, constitué de deux parties. Il comprend une poche (12) destinée à recevoir un rejet, une bride de poche (14) qui est reliée à la poche et qui comporte une ouverture (18) communiquant avec l'intérieur de la poche, et une bride abdominale (20) comportant une ouverture (24) et une couche d'hydrocolloïde (22) permettant de fixer la bride abdominale autour de la stomie, contre l'abdomen d'un utilisateur. La bride abdominale comporte un relief de positionnement (40) qui peut être reçu dans un évidement ménagé dans une partie de la bride de poche, de façon à aligner la bride de poche par rapport à l'ouverture de la bride abdominale. En outre, une surface de la bride de poche, faisant face pendant l'utilisation à la bride abdominale, comporte un adhésif servant à faire adhérer à la bride abdominale la bride de poche. Enfin, l'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'évidement est disposé à la périphérie de la bride de poche, et qu'il ouvre extérieurement par rapport à l'ouverture communiquant avec l'intérieur de la poche.
