PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cooling apparatus capable of performing a stable cooling operation.SOLUTION: A vacuum cooling apparatus includes: a processing tank 2 for storing an object to be cooled a vacuum pump 1 connected to the processing tank 2 by a vacuum path 9 a vacuum valve 11 blocking the vacuum path in the middle of the vacuum path 9 connecting the processing tank 2 and the vacuum pump 1 a vacuum pipe pressure sensor 13 detecting a vacuum path internal pressure in a part at a downstream from the vacuum valve 11 in the vacuum path and at an upstream from the vacuum pump 1 and an operation control device 5 controlling the operation of the vacuum pump 1 and the vacuum valve 11, and cools the object to be cooled stored in the processing tank by making the processing tank inside vacuum. In the operation control device 5, the vacuum pump 1 is operated in a state that the vacuum path is in the ambient pressure and the vacuum valve 11 is closed, by using a time when vacuum cooling is not performed, and capacity degradation of the vacuum pump is determined based on the lapse time in the case and a pressure value detected with the vacuum pipe pressure sensor 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】安定的な冷却運転を行うことのできる真空冷却装置を提供する。【解決手段】被冷却物を収容する処理槽2、処理槽2と真空経路9によって接続した真空ポンプ1、前記処理槽2と真空ポンプ1を繋ぐ真空経路9の途中で真空経路を遮断する真空弁11、前記真空経路の真空弁11より下流であって真空ポンプ1より上流の部分における真空経路内圧力を検出する真空配管圧力センサ13、前記の真空ポンプ1や真空弁11の作動を制御する運転制御装置5を持ち、処理槽内を真空化することで処理槽内に収容している被冷却物の冷却を行うようにしている真空冷却装置において、前記運転制御装置5では、真空冷却を行っていない時間を利用し、真空経路内が大気圧にあり、かつ真空弁11を閉じた状態で真空ポンプ1の作動を行い、その場合おける経過時間と真空配管圧力センサ13で検出している圧力値に基づいて真空ポンプの能力低下を判定する。【選択図】図1
